How do I place my order?

You will be asked to provide details related to your order depending on what you are buying and how specific it is. Some orders from the wooden portraits and metal cards require you to upload the exact image reference number when choosing the details of your order.

You´ve sent me the wrong items
​
We are a small operation with no employees but direct working owners. We keep record of what product was sent out where, in case we have a direct problem with any carrier. If you´ve received the wrong items and our records match our mistake you can either keep your items or return the wrong order before 4 days after you received your products have passed. After we receive your return you can either opt for a refund issued to your original payment method or your corrected order.
